Jinnah Medical College Quality Enhancement Cell Conducts Workshop on Self-Assessment Report Writing
The Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) of Jinnah Medical College organized a one-day workshop on “Self-Assessment Report (SAR) Writing” in collaboration with Khyber Medical University (KMU). The workshop aimed to enhance the capacity of faculty members from Clinical and Basic Sciences in preparing accurate and comprehensive SAR, aligned with quality assurance standards.
Dr. Asiyah Bukhari, Director QEC at KMU, served as the resource person and provided practical guidance on effective reporting practices, quality indicators, and institutional self-assessment procedures.
Principal Dr. Riaz Anwar Khan highlighted the importance of self-assessment in strengthening academic quality and commended Dr. Bukhari for her dedicated contributions, professional expertise, and ongoing support to QEC initiatives. A souvenir was presented to her by the Principal and CEO in appreciation of her services.
The workshop reaffirmed the commitment of Jinnah Medical College and Khyber Medical University to promoting a culture of continuous improvement and evidence-based academic evaluation. The event concluded with a vote of thanks from Dr. Neelum Ali, Deputy Director QEC, JMC.
