Feedback of workshop on ‘How to construct MCQs and OSPE/OSCE Stations’

The Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC-JMC) collected feedback from participants of two faculty
development workshops on “How to construct MCQs, OSPE/OSCE Stations” held on October 15 and 16,
2025, facilitated by Dr. Nowshad Asim. Over 90% of participants expressed appreciation for the clarity of
objectives, relevance of content, and interactive facilitation. The sessions were described as well-
structured and professionally enriching, enhancing faculty skills in modern assessment methods. Dr.
Nowshad received outstanding ratings (99%) for expertise and engaging facilitation.
